This is my personal favorite of the 3 and I think it has to do with how the wild spinning lights and bright colors all come together in it. I think it's groovy!

Wow, cool! that is a scrambler, and there's a starship 200 in the background!

Sweet sweet image. You've captured something really special here.

Well done. Rarely have I seen such a great image as this come from the carnival. Too bad "The Amusement Business" publication is no longer in business, they'd love this!

wonderful. I'm actually in the middle of finishing an eight picture photo project centering around a carnival myself. All of the pictures are in black and white though. What I primarily focused on was blurring most of my subjects in all of the photos. Pics to be uploaded on my site soon. Again, Great Job.

It's silly how good this is. The colors are great, and you managed to keep "Ice Cold Drinks" in focus. Did you use a tripod? Or are you just that badass?

In any case, +fav

Marvelous! This really looks amazing! How long did captured this with your camera? 30 seconds or something? Too bad I can't play with the exposure time of my camera!

Another great shot. The spiraling lights produce a great effect in this one.
I love the short random lights in the lower middle.
Nice work. :) (Smile)

heh, this is far more chaotic than the other two, but the main focus still remains. I still got instantly drawn to the circular-spinning-thingie. I love those irregular light lines on bottom right very much. hhhmm ... excellent.

I'm a sucker for carnivals and theme parks, I love the photo. I actually visited my local theme park last night, but arrived just as they were shutting the gates. I had intended very similar concepts in long exposure-attraction photos. Oh well, I'll get there next time. This is great, you've selected a good ride for a very chaotic effect. I'm also glad you noted your settings.

You have an interesting capture here but I believe it could stand some photoshop adjustments. In my opinion the image is just far too "noisy." Its very chaotic, which is good, but in an oxymoronic idea, it needs some hierachy and places of rest to help frame the elements. I would first look to cropping the image into two. My preferred crop would be in center right, through the middle of the structure that holds the spinning light device (proably about 50 pixels to the left of the "ice cold drink stand." The right portion seems to be the most dynamic --skywise and exposed light. With that crop, your left side would be a gradation darkness/busy to lighter/less busy from left to right.

In addition the I'd like to see a different font size, color and type. It seems to overshadow your image and takes away, rather than complements it.
